Product Availability & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the availability of the product ordered and your delivery location.

IN-STOCK PRODUCTS

For products available in stock, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery area	Estimated delivery
England – Green Zone	1–10 working days
Scotland – Yellow Zone	5–15 working days
Wales – Brown Zone	1–15 working days
White Zone	Delivery unavailable

These timeframes are estimates from order confirmation, subject to stock availability and delivery arrangements.

MADE-TO-ORDER & OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

Many of our furniture products are manufactured or sourced specifically for customers by our partner manufacturers in Poland and other EU countries.

The standard estimated delivery time frame for these products is 2–8 weeks from order confirmation, unless a different time frame is clearly stated on the product page or agreed with the customer.

This estimate includes the expected manufacturing, preparation, international transportation and final delivery process.

Please check the availability and estimated delivery time frame displayed on the individual product page before placing your order.

Important Information About Delivery Estimates

All delivery time frames are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery date has been expressly agreed.

As some products are manufactured abroad and transported internationally, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect the estimated delivery schedule, including manufacturing delays, transport capacity, customs procedures, adverse weather and public holidays.

We will notify customers of significant delays and provide an updated estimate when available.

Any delay will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Order Processing & Status Updates

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Orders are processed internally, and your online customer account may continue to display "Unfulfilled" while your furniture is being manufactured, prepared or transported.

This does not mean your order has not been processed.

We may provide progress updates by email during the estimated waiting period and will contact you when your furniture is ready for delivery arrangements.

Delivery Arrangements

Our delivery partners operate throughout the week, including weekends, subject to availability in your area.

We normally aim to notify customers of their proposed delivery date approximately 1–4 days in advance.

Customers must confirm the proposed delivery arrangements before dispatch.

If the proposed date is unsuitable, please inform us promptly so alternative arrangements can be discussed.

If a customer has confirmed a delivery appointment but is unavailable when delivery is attempted, a reasonable re-delivery charge may apply, provided the charge was disclosed in advance and the failed delivery was the customer's responsibility.

Holiday & Peak Periods

During busy periods, including Christmas, Easter, summer holidays and other public holidays, manufacturing and transportation schedules may be affected.

Delivery may take longer than originally estimated. Customers will be informed of material changes to their expected delivery time frame.

Furniture Packaging & Assembly

Furniture is supplied brand new and in its original manufacturer's packaging.

Many products are delivered flat-packed and require self-assembly unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Delivery Charges & Coverage

Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode.

Please refer to our delivery zone map to check coverage before ordering.

Some locations may be outside our standard delivery coverage.
